Design Process
Below is a run down of the process involved to get your site built and on the web as soon as possible.
- To begin the process email us with your requirements at info@cheapwebpresence.co.uk
- We will assess your requirements and email you back a quote
- If you wish to proceed click the "Build me a site" link on the menu.
- Review the terms and conditions and if happy click the relevant paypal link to make a payment. (Payment of the website fee is required up front for work to commence.)
- Once payment is received work on the site can proceed. At this point email through all available content for the site (logo, text, contact details, pictures, links) as well as much detail as possible regarding what is required such as layout, menu contents etc as well as any particular sites you have seen which you like in terms of layout etc. If you dont yet have all of the mentioned that is not a problem obviously just get us what you can as and when it becomes available. Obviously the quicker you can get us everything the quicker we can build the site.
- If you have chosen one of our "design only" packages then whilst we are building your site it would be advisable to sort out your domain name and web hosting and when done email us through the details. (if you need any help and advice on this please feel free to email us we will be happy to help.) Go to the links page for some suggestions of web hosting companies. If you have chosen one of our packages which includes hosting then you do not need to do anything regarding this.
- We will then be in touch with a 1st draft for your review.
- Based on consultation, ammendments will be made on the draft site until the site is concluded to your satisfaction.
- Once we receive confirmation you are happy with the site we will put the site live on your hosting account and you are ready to go.
The whole process should take no longer than 2 weeks provided that you get us through the information we require as promptly as possible although please do be aware that completion times can vary from site to site. The whole process relies on constant email contact so please do give us a contact email address which we can get in contact with you regularly on and obviously during the process check your emails on a regular basis.
